Every now and then I find myself looking at the smaller things in life.

Exploring the minuscule – revealing mysteries of everyday life.  Exposing magical landscapes on familiar objects.  Expanding the scale of a tiny bug to the size of large dog.  The cute and innocent transform in grotesque and monstrous.  My rare forays into the mini-world often leave me waxing poetic about the real scale of our realities…  is that a bug on the tiny bug I’m photographing?  Blood vessels within an eye become raging rivers stemming from a cavernous retina.

Jump in…  the water gleams…

where drops become oceans.

Spills are magic potions,

and all is not as it seems.
