This Victoria Day long weekend was a thrill.  I finally got to meet Katrina & Stefan, whose wedding I’ll be photographing in July.  We had the honour of using a very special location for our Engagement Session.  I’m fortunate enough to be acquainted with Jonas Stonkus a marvellous sculptor in Norfolk County.  His work is incredible.  Situated on his property, which is a work of art in it’s own right.

It’s fantastic how, in this day & age I can work with clients from all over Ontario.  I came from Guelph, and Katrina & Stefan travelled from Port Stanley where we met somewhat in the middle.  The grounds that Jonas has created are so inspiring I could have shot photos all day.  Even though the temperature was north of 30 degrees!  Speaking of the heat, hot conditions are challenging for everyone during photos.  We kept hydrated, used the shade when we could and kept a good attitude.  It was a pleasure meeting new clients and taking advantage of such a beautifully unique location.
